DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Your package will be delivered within 2-10 business days after you place an order. We ship our packages with UPS and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively the carrier will try 2 more times to deliver the package. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not ship your package again if you weren't able to collect your package.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within twenty-one (21) days of receipt. The articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Online orders cannot be returned to any physical stores that may carry Bogosse products.
To return your order, please insert the Packing List and attach the enclosed preaddressed shipping label to the outside of the package. You can then simply send us the package by arranging for pick-up from UPS or dropping the package at any UPS location.
Final sale items must be returned to us at your expense.

Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Any item that is in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. A refund of the returned goods will be made within 15 days to the card you used for the original purchase. Since we are not responsible for items sent to us, we recommend using a service that insures the value of your returned products or provides you with a proof of delivery.
